Easy Sriracha Spinach Dip

While getting ready for my company's annual Halloween celebration, I remembered a quick classic dip (with a twist) that's easy to make and is everyone's favorite! Hope you enjoy too! 

Ingredients:  

1 - 48oz jar of mayo  

2 - bags frozen chopped spinach  

2 - .8 oz bags of Italian mixed cheese (Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Asiago)  

1 - Tbs minced garlic  

3 - Tbs Sriracha sauce (or more to your liking) 

 

Preheat oven to 375^. Mix all ingredients (about 3/4 of the cheese) in large bowl until fully covered in creamy mixture. Distribute evenly in large 9x11 baking dish, sprinkling the remainder 1/4 of cheese on top. Bake at 375^ for 30 minutes or until cheese on edge is brown and bubbling. Enjoy with tortilla or pita chips. Serves plenty (10-15 medium servings).
